Sometime ago, when I'm started to search for some screen capture software for my windows 7 and it should be free of course, I have found some really useful utility to use daily.
I can share a screenshots captured with designers instantly, make annotations on them, etc. It's really helpful when you do not want to keep your TeamViewer turned on all the time.
Oh, and it has account history too, so you can find all you screen captures in single place. Windows 7 version of this application working fine, but I haven't tested it under Windows XP. It's obsolete anyway, so it's doesn't matter.
